Remember Me exists for the people the world stopped noticing ÔÇö the street-connected, the elderly living alone, people with disabilities, the sick and the displaced.

It restores dignity first, and then opportunity. Because when someone is seen, they begin to matter again.

What We Do

• Identify and reach people living outside any system
• Provide immediate humanitarian relief
• Reconnect people with family and services
• Document each person's story with consent
• Create pathways from relief into skills and work
